2. Orders are confirmed immediately upon online payment (COD is not available).
3. ​Delivery fees are calculated based on the area and displayed in the final invoice.
4. 2. Delivery & Operational Liability:
5. Delivery is within 24 hours in Kuwait. We contact you (WhatsApp/Call) before arrival to confirm availability.
6. ​If availability is confirmed but the customer fails to respond upon arrival, additional delivery fees will apply for redelivery.
7. ​If the order is canceled after the driver has departed, delivery fees will be deducted from the refund.
8. 3. Return & Exchange Policy:
9. Returns and exchanges are allowed within 14 days if the item is in its original, sealed factory packaging.
10. ​Supplements: Strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the seal is broken for health and safety reasons.
11. 4. Warranty (Sports Equipment):
12. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage due to misuse or incorrect assembly by the customer is not covered.

14. The company is not liable for any misuse of supplements; customers should consult professionals before use.
